Our Journey with CareLink
CareLink is a transformative 24-month Erasmus+ initiative, coordinated by Hitit Üniversitesi Türkiye, dedicated to bolstering the resilience of vulnerable youth during and after disasters. Through strategic partnerships and innovative approaches, we aim to provide comprehensive support that addresses mental, psychological, and emotional health needs. Our project is a beacon of hope, offering tools and resources to empower young individuals and their communities across Europe.
